I'm a People Ops professional with 9 years experience continually growing as a well-rounded generalist, operator, and leader. I love working through the complexities of sustaining a cohesive culture as organizations scale, bringing data-driven decision making to a highly human function, and coaching to improve mindsets and outcomes.

My experience ranges from working within the established people processes of a large public university to building the processes of a 3-year-old FoodTech startup. I've also navigated the organizational nuances of grassroots nonprofits as well as corporate financial services. From my experiences I’ve developed a personal people ops philosophy that combines not only relationship and community-building but also an emphasis on metric-driven results to continually improve and innovate.
